QCRC MQT x NMU Mind Over Miles – Wildcat Statue

This week our Pub Run will be taking place in conjunction with the second annual Mind over Miles 5K event in honor of World Mental Health Day. The run will be held on campus to highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health and its connection to physical wellbeing. The course will take participants on a scenic loop through much of NMU’s campus, starting and finishing at the Wildcat statue by Jamrich. This event aims to promote a continued sense of community and encourage open dialogue about mental health, including our collective ability to reduce the stigma around focusing on mental health and asking for help. . Registration Link – $20.00 for General Public.
