Pre Run Jazzercise Warmup on the Boardwalk

We all know we should be warming up before running, but who really does that? Well this time we will actually do that. Thanks to Jazzercise of Marquette and Gwinn for inviting us out to join their Jazzercise on the Founder’s Landing Boardwalk, where we will gather before going on a group run along the shoreline.
