A Night for the Gals! This group run will serve as an intro to Trail Running for beginners and a fun run for the experienced! Never run trail before? This is a great opportunity to learn how to do it safely! Prior to the run, we will go over the basics of trail running and a quick overview of how our systems work and resources you can find courtesy of the Noquemanon Trail Network.
