The run will be held on campus to highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health and its connection to physical wellbeing. The course will take participants on a scenic loop through much of NMU’s campus\, starting and finishing at the Wildcat statue by Jamrich. This event aims to promote a continued sense of community and encourage open dialogue about mental health\, including our collective ability to reduce the stigma around focusing on mental health and asking for help. T-shirt sales end 11:59PM on Sunday\, September 14th. Online registration ends at 11:59PM on October 5th\, with no same-day registration available. Registration Link – $20.00 for General Public.
